You could go heavy on the strawberry and go lite on the nut butter or the sweetener. You wouldn't want to skip it altogether. It helps to bind the strawberry. You just blend everything.<br /><br />Or there's chocolate banana "softserve". Unsweetened cocoa and frozen banana blended together.
