For some reason I'm too easy on myself and let myself out of the competition - lol. I think you sound pretty smart. You've been so successful and you have a plan that's working, and better yet can work forever, for you. You as SO encouraging, and have such an amazing outlook and insight. It's probably at least twice a week that I tell my husband something you said and how it got me thinking.

I actually started my own blog today, partially because of you, and I just feel like it will really help me sort through all the different emotions I'll go through with all the changes. My weight fluctuates soooooooo much it is ridiculous. So thanks for the advice and I am going to take the stress off myself and start weighing only once a month also. Congrats on all the stair stepping I cant do even 15 min on that machine, so kudos to you!!!!!! :)former fattyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05576930539352764052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-463655558550518858.post-55637316649995570192010-08-20T08:33:45.541-06:002010-08-20T08:33:45.541-06:00You rock, Chris!

Success is based on doing what is needed at a particular time--not staying on a course that could be a negative. You'll get there. I'm amazed at what you've done already. Good for you!E. I have found that all I can do is just keep on going - some days doing really well, some days slipping up a bit and some days getting it completely wrong. All the time, in the back of my head I know I am on course, and unsurprisingly, my progress has been quite slow. But like you said - this is for always, for life. I just can't contemplate being on a 'diet' for the rest of my days!

Well done on your 'Empire State Building' climb at the gym :)Fat Grumphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14563154952353175490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-463655558550518858.post-74289008596173462402010-08-20T00:49:39.898-06:002010-08-20T00:49:39.898-06:00I think it's great that you have the flexibili...I think it's great that you have the flexibility to make course corrections when you see something isn't working.
