Add in a few minutes of jogging here and there and before you know it you'll be flying along, not to mention it'll help the weight fly off too.<br /><br />You brought up a good point in your comment. I think a nice "incline" mark on my face would be a pretty cool weight loss battle scar. And I'm gonna take another crack at 10 minutes next week, at which point I will kick its butt. Add a minute every week. It works! I promise! I am back up to jogging five minutes, walking five minutes during my 30 mins of exercise everyday. It took awhile and your right you want the weight to come off so that you don't kill the knees and ankles. But I am so proud, you did .4 of the mile!
