I'm going to tell myself that all day. I'm going to focus on today. I'm not going to worry about WI tomorrow - you're right not to change my WI day. I picked Sunday specifically so I'd think more about what I do on Saturday, since that's traditionally a bad eating day for me. So, Sunday WI it is. I'm going to make today count. For a long time though I was having to tell myself NOT to exercise because I was working out so much that my body felt like it was falling apart and I was ravenous all the time so probably cancelling out the calories burned and then some. But they are the ones...These days are the hardest!! But they are the ones that I feel count the most. On the days you are doing ok keeping up w/ the w/o and eating right it's not too hard. But the "I dont want to do it" days are the ones that like you said turn into weeks and months of "tomorrow I will do it."
