I still have a whole week to try a new recipe.

I have only one goal for fatmaggedon.

I look forward to the challenge.
Hope everyone had a great day.
I will be back tomorrow with a more talky post.
Have to do laundry and such and
Have a glorious bonfire of fat pants.
These will be the last I burn.
All size 16's will be donated to a worthwhile cause.
Let the wild rumpus start.
fitness Goddess and lover of bonfires,
a bona fide member of the Chris mafia
and perfect 10...in the making.
Chris
You will be in those size 10's before you know it!
ReplyDelete188 - Wow Chris, you are doing such a great job! You Rock Lady!!!!
ReplyDeleteKeep it up, Christ. You're doing great!
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of a bonfire - so great! I don't really have a complete idea of where all my fat clothes went. I kept my fattest pair of jeans, like somewhere in my mind I thought I was going to be doing a speech at Weight Watchers or something! My kids like to make fun of the pants.
ReplyDeleteHoly moly, the Chris Mafia is holding bonfires!! Lookout!
ReplyDeleteYou are off to a roaring start in the Perfect 10 challenge. I have a feeling these 10 weeks will fly by.
Mmm... those peaches sound good. If I weren't out of calories for the day, I'd have me some right now! LOL!
Loretta
=^..^=
Size 10s just seem like the most amazing and far fetched thing sometimes...but I KNOW you can do it! Great start to the New Year!
ReplyDeleteI am glad you are donating your clothes. I plan on doing that as well. It's part of my 2010 goals, giving back. I am sure there are some plus size women who may need them.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Great job! Good luck with your goals!
ReplyDeletewhoo hoo! Cheering you on to get in those 10's! :) Good job with all of the workouts! :)
ReplyDeleteI have to tell you that you motivated my workout yesterday. While I was on the elliptical, thinking I was about ready to step off, I remembered you saying that you'd burned about 600 calories the other day during your workout. That's right, I kept right on moving.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your always motivational posts Chris. You'll be in those size 10's in no time!
We at the Chris mafia are kicking can! I need to do heavy upper body work and get my guns roaring too.
ReplyDeleteDon't let the pants size confuse you, you already get a Perfect 10 rating in my book. ::whistles::
A-ma-zing
ReplyDeleteYou are focused and those Size 10s will be making your ass look hot in no time!
Nice workout! Ok....you have motivated me to get my booty over to the gym! :) My kids all just came home today, so was sort of using that as an excuse to not exercise. SILLY ME. I'm going...I'm going..... :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it! A fat-pant bonfire! Good goals - and I really Like the name of your blog.
ReplyDeleteYou are smoken' hot!! My eyes are burning just reading this post!! You go girl!!
ReplyDeleteI save calories on coffee by drinking it with no milk or sugar because then it has virtually no calories.
ReplyDeleteIf black coffee isn't for you and you like it sweeter, have a small square of chocolate with your coffee and you'll still do better than 100cals per mug :)
Have you thought about this yet - The Perfect 10 means a little more to you - it could mean the pants size. (even though that is really a fatmageddon goal) :-) Great update!
