What are some good late night snacks for the calorie conscious?

okay..
I need some hints..
When it's 10 at night and I am very hungry I need good low calorie options.
So far the only great snack I have come up with is celery dipped salsa.
Any other sorts of cravings are harder to fix at 50 calories or less...like salty crunchy.
Chocolate-y etc.
What are some of ya'lls favorite low cal snacks?

I went to the gy m and did lower body weights and a four mile walk.
My husband went with me.
It was fun.
I don't have much to type tonight.
I am going to try and get to bed early cause I 'don't want to eat'.
Have a great night guys.

I seem to be quite unique in the sense that I don't get munchies in the evening - my hungry time is between around the middle of the day. Having said that, if I had a particularly light or early dinner, I would often have an orange or ruby grapefruit for a snack before going to bed. It always hits the spot.

I've always gone by slow digesting protein (called casein) will keep you full longer and it's makes a good bedtime snack. My favorite is cottage cheese and blueberries.

If I'm feeling hungry after supper, I just drink water. I try not to eat anything after 6PM. Other things I try: Brushing my teeth or going to bed (especially if it's 10PM!) However, if I had to choose a snack it would be celery with maybe a dollop of peanut butter or just plain

Things I normally snack on at night are popcorn, fruit, veggies, greek yogurt, peanuts, granola thins, fruit with peanut butter on it. And my mind went blank LOL If I think of anything else I will let you know!

Awesome suggestions! These will be helpful for so many. Lately I am into my smokehouse almonds & I love nuts of all types. I can relate, as I am and have always been a night owl.

My absolute favorite is a Dryers lemon bar...100% all natural, frozen treat on a stick...60 calories and if you slowly suck on it, they can last for 15 or more minutes. When I am done, I feel I cheated on my diet without actually cheating!

Some nights I find that I can be satiated with a glass of sweet tea, sweetened with honey or agave.

Other nights, I make a strawberry "softserve" with a nut butter and maple syrup. You could go heavy on the strawberry and go lite on the nut butter or the sweetener. You wouldn't want to skip it altogether. It helps to bind the strawberry. You just blend everything.

Or there's chocolate banana "softserve". Unsweetened cocoa and frozen banana blended together. Really quite good.
