Back to basics over here.
Did my walk today...didn't do my situps because I forgot to, but did help set some post holes.
I now remember how I did NOT eat for so long...
I slept.
Alot.
It works.
If you are sleeping, working out or eating your allotted food....you can't over eat...
especially if you are sleeping during prime eating hours...
8-11 for me.
I am about to head off to bed.
lol.
I don't know about you all, but I was impressed Kate hacked my blog.
I couldn't have done that at 17.
So, kudos Kate.

back to the gym tomorrow.

Kate is scary, Chris. lolol I liked her "guest post", tho.
Not only can't you eat when you're sleeping, but sleeping actually physiologically promotes weight loss. It is often overlooked in our society, but it's such an important component of a healthy lifestyle.
I don't know why I have never had a problem with night time munchies... My danger time is between noon and 4pm. 95% of my binges and cravings occurred in that time. I've learned to have a good lunch and then schedule a third meal at about 4pm. Dinner is then my fourth meal. This works pretty well for me.
I am such a baby when it comes to sleep. I need it.... a lot of it. If I don't get it, I struggle with my weight loss and health plan. Just can't stay focused. So this is something I make sure to get done ~ In bed on time....well almost every night! :-)
