WORLDS WORST....

post..
This is going t o be a short one, cause man am I tired.
I have to get up early and take my oldest to school, I got homeschool tomorrow etc.
need the sleep.
I did go to the gym today (huge surprise...lol)
I think people are probably wondering if I just sleep in the locker room at this point.
I did an hour on Arnold...burned 620 calories and then did
120 situps. Not bad...
My legs and hips were still a little sore from yesterdays walk/jog.
I have eaten 1490 calories today and right now I am starving.
I have a suspicion that my body is starting to shed weight a little faster.
Not sure why, maybe it's increased muscle mass.
My post tomorrow is going to about dedication and commitment.
I think it will be a very good post cause the inspiration for it came from Steve aka southbeach steve and
Tricia from Endurance isnt only physical. I just found her blog today, and the way she approaches weight loss is almost dead on with how I do it...especially how she started with 21 straight days of exercise.
That is EXACTLY what I did...
I called it everyday in may.
Everyday in may of this year, after may 4th that is..I walked.
Everyday in may.
But that is for tomorrow's post.
If you haven't read Tricia's blog you should.
Great for maintenance if you want to get a heads up on that.
Hope everyone had a great day.
I know I did.
Hugs,
Chris

Looking forward to your post on dedication and commitment. Isn't that what it's all about?

I wouldn't be surprised if you aren't burning fat more efficiently and effectively now. I hit a tipping point where I could tell that my body was working with me more to shed weight. It's a great place to be!

I love your blog! It looks like we are just about on the same page. I started in April, and have lost 67 pounds so far. Sounds like you are doing awesome!

Hi, thanks for the shout out. That was very sweet. :)

And to answer the question you put on my post...loose skin...

Some, but not anywhere near what I expected. I was pretty sure I would end up looking like a Shar Pei. :) The tummy has some and my arms, but I'm hoping more strength training will help the arms. Some of that is still flab, not just skin. I'm down 110 pounds now with maybe 15 or so to go. I have planned a post about this around my one year "get healthy" anniversary which is in January. Dare I include pics?

:)

It's a curse. lol.

Hey again Chris,

Thanks for the comment on my post today about talking to yourself. I love the pumped up way you speak about weight loss and exercise, and you bring up a great point about trying to extinguish the voice in my head that makes it okay to do that. I'm gonna work on kicking that bitch's ass. A very concrete suggestion that I'm going to run with.

Chris- Great job getting the exercise in and staying under 1500 calories. I use a gage that tells me how many calories I burn at rest. I will show it to you if interested.
I am checking out Tricia's blog next.
Thank you for the thoughts on my blog.

Chris, you are a machine! I don't think you sleep at the gym, I just don't think you sleep. ;-)

Thanks for the shout out. I can't wait to read the post.

You are ridiculous... I don't think I can even do a 100 situps. With breaks, lots and lots of breaks. You are badass.

I've never seen Tricia's blog before... thanks for pointing it out! :)
