Thank you.

okay,
did good..ate right,
did one hour on the elliptical, 210 situps and then my back exercises on the machines and and the flys for my chest.
tomorrow is my day of rest...I will be taking the kids to the park and taking a nature hike with them.
Someone pointed out that i was nearing two hundred in the amount of people who actually care to read what I write...and I saw that but didn't want to jinx it so didn't say anything (um, funny...cause I am not at 200 yet so I might just have flushed that one...knock on wood.)
I just flat out appreciate that anyone reads or comments...and the support I get is more than equal to the support I give. Or, I get 100 times more than I give.
This is the best support system imaginable.
I don't know where I would be without it.
I feel pulled along on days when I don't feel it..
And on days when I do, I can help push.
The bible says a threefold cord is not easily broken...
Well if that is true, then how's about a 198 fold cord.
Pretty flippin tough.
So, Thank you all for coming over to read and root me on.
Thanks to everyone who shares their journeys too.
It makes my journey easier and more enjoyable.
Have a great night all...
Oh, and sean from a daily diary of a winning loser Is going to shave his goatee...
So stop on by and have a look see....social experimentation at it's best. lol.
Have a great night guys.
Hugs,
Chris

You deserve every follower, Chris. So many of your posts get to the heart of the matter and without dancing around it.

Congratulations!

You give more than you know. It takes courage to open up the way you do and share the ups and downs of losing weight and facing the causes for the gains to begin with. So, thank you Chris!

I talk about your blogs to my mom who wants to lose weight. So she's sorta following you.... She keeps asking me how you started and I say, "Well I don't know because I've only been reading for about 2 months now but she has said many a time that she wasn't walking five miles a day at first." And then she says, "Well exactly how far was she walking?" And I say, "I don't know but all of the old blogs are there. If you're that curious, why don't you get online and start reading." I figure if I keep telling her the current stuff she'll get sucked in. I know how she thinks because it's a lot like how I think. It's only a matter of time... She could be #200.

Oh, and once I figure out the blog hop I will let you know...

Yeah, I'm with everybody else on this one. You deserve every follower you have. I have to confess, I haven't had a lot of time to read many blogs here lately, but when I do...I come to yours first most of the time. lol. You are a serious motivator...the way you talk about exercise, it helps me realize it can be a reality for me as well b/c I've never loved exercise. Also, you are straight to the point...no rose tinted glasses over here and I LOVE that. So many people do not want the truth nowadays and it's sad b/c people rationalize things when if they looked at the ugly truth, it could really wake them up to see how our habits can kill us. As usual...awesome Chris. Oh, I replied to your comment over on my blog btw. Thanks for the support! :)
